About the Artist

A little about me:
Growing up in a challenging family environment, I found my sanctuary in solitude—daydreaming, drawing, reading, and caring deeply for the animals around me, including my unforgettable pet crocodile. Self-taught in the beginning, my creative spirit was nurtured by the beauty of the Australian bush and the gentle strength of horses and other animal companions who became my greatest sources of inspiration. My personal journey of resilience and discovery led me to formal studies at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, where I deepened my craft and embraced the profound connection between art and healing. Today, I blend my passions as an artist and healer, sharing a unique gift that weaves creative expression with spiritual coaching, energy healing, and intuitive guidance—inviting you to join me in a transformative journey where art becomes a sacred path to wholeness and renewal.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by a passion to create horses that seem to leap off the canvas and greet you. Art has been a quiet companion throughout my life—a cherished dream that persisted even through years of uncertainty and unexpected twists. My inspiration springs from a deep love for horses, fostered during my childhood in the Australian bush, and my appreciation for landscapes was shaped by my years in PNG in the ’70s, as well as countless days spent riding and working with animals across Australia.
With bold colours and rich textures, I strive to capture the essence and spirit of these noble animals. Each painting seeks to express the profound bond between horse and rider, highlighting the emotional connection they share. Being able to share this passion with others is a realised dream, and I am thankful for every detour that brought me here.
There’s something enchanting about how a horse can embody the untamed spirit of the bush, or reflect the soft light from a sunrise or sunset over a billabong or the ocean—the way the play of light on trees and country seems to merge with the animal itself. Through my art, I hope each piece evokes the freedom and adventure I experienced as a child, racing across wide paddocks or winding through bush trails. When you view my work, I invite you to sense the gentle heat of the late arvo sun, the hint of eucalyptus in the air, and the vibrant energy that horses bring into our lives and stories.
With every stroke of the brush, my intention is to pay tribute not only to the animal, but to the landscape and moments that shaped who I am. This bond with place and creature is woven through every painting, offering you a glimpse into the journey that inspires my creativity. I’m grateful for the chance to share these stories and connections through my art.
